This Warranty & Returns Policy outlines how we support you in the rare event your watch requires repair or replacement.

One-Year Limited Warranty

Every watch purchased from BlackRidge Watches is covered by a one-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Faulty internal components
  • Abnormal malfunction not caused by misuse

This warranty does not cover:

  • Wear-and-tear
  • Accidental damage
  • Water damage caused by misuse
  • Cosmetic scratches to glass, bezel, or case
  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications

Free Replacement (First 30 Days)

If your watch experiences a manufacturer-related issue within the first 30 days, we offer:

We will send a new unit after confirming the issue.

You will only need to return the original watch following our return instructions.

Free Repair (After 30 Days, Within 1 Year)

If a problem occurs after 30 days but within the 1-year warranty period, you are eligible for:

To proceed, please:

  1. Send the watch back to our authorized service center address in China. (see address below)
  2. Include your order number.
  3. Provide a clear description of the issue you are experiencing.
  4. Use proper packaging to protect the watch during transit.

Once repaired, we will ship the watch back to the original delivery address listed on your order.

Shipping & Customs Instructions (For Warranty Repairs)

When returning a watch for warranty repair, please ensure the following:

  • Declare a low package value.
  • Indicate that the item is a “damaged watch” for repair.

This helps prevent customs delays or fees.

BlackRidge Watches does not cover customs duties, taxes, or additional import charges on returned items.

Buyers are responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs
  • Any customs fees incurred due to incorrect declarations

Non-Warranty Returns (Change of Mind)

Because each order is fulfilled on demand and shipped internationally, we currently do not accept returns for change of mind.

If you received the wrong item or a visibly defective product on arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for support.
